Leyline of the Void and Cycling

This came up the otherday in a Yiklid Jailer conversation.

When you cycle Decree of Justice the Trigger for the Tokens gos off as it hits the Graveyard so Jailer stops the Trigger.

If you had a Leyline on you (due to the replacment effect) will you get the token trigger? Or Does Justice trigger anyway

You got an answer at the GP, but for everyone else:

Jailer stops triggers on cards that trigger off of cycling because cycling triggers from the destination zone, and Jailer removes the triggered ability.

With Leyline, the trigger will still trigger - just from the RFG zone instead of the graveyard.
