Just a few quick questions on divert

1. Does it always work on a reb or just a reb targeting a spell on the stack
2. Can I change the target of a mystical tutor?
3. Can I change the target of all the other tutors? Is there some sort of differentiation?
4. Can I have spell snare target it, and just fizzle because divert obviously has a cc of 1?

1. If you Divert the REB to target the Divert, it works. You could not, however, divert a BEB to the divert because divert is not a legal target for BEB.
2. No, mystical tutor does not target.
3. I don't think so.
4. I'm pretty sure you can't do this because divert is not a legal target for spell snare.

1. It can work with a REB either way. However with modal spells you cannot change which mode the card was cast in. So if the reb is using the counter part you must redirect it to another spell (probably the divert). If it is using the destroy part you must redirect it to another blue permanant.

2. Mystical tutor does not target. So no, divert cannot be used against mystcal tutor.

3. None of the tutors target. You cannot target cards in a library.

4. No, only spells with converted mana cost 2 are legal targets.

bonus: Although REB and pyroblast are worded almost identical there is a slight difference in the pyroblast can target anything but only has an effect if it's blue where as reb target must be blue for it to even be able to target it. So you can divert a pyroblast to a land for no effect while reb must be diverted to another blue permanant.

Auras target when they are played. Everything else that targets has the word "target" in the spell or ability. That's how you know what you can and cannot target.

quicksilver has it right.

The only ones I can think of would be Intuition and Gifts Ungiven (as they target an opponent), and that would never be relevant in normal legacy play. Kitchen table magic, however... that's another story.
