1. Sacred Ground + Cataclysm: If I have a sacred ground out and my opponent plays a cataclysm, would I get my lands back? Are there cards where you wouldn't get lands back?

2. Karmic Justice + sacrifice effects: If I have a karmic justice out and my opponent plays Pox, Karmic Justice wouldn't trigger right?

Sacred Ground 1W
Enchantment
Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls causes a land to be put into your graveyard from play, return that card to play.

Sacred Ground is pretty generous - it covers anything your opponent does that puts one of your lands into the graveyard, including sacrificing.

However, your opponent Lightning Bolting your animated land doesn't count since the game rules are putting the land in the graveyard, not the Lightning Bolt.

Cataclysm 2WW
Sorcery
Each player chooses from the permanents he or she controls an artifact, a creature, an enchantment, and a land, then sacrifices the rest.

You opponent's Cataclysm will cause your lands to go to the graveyard, so Sacred Ground will trigger and bring them back.

Karmic Justice 2W
Enchantment
Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls destroys a noncreature permanent you control, you may destroy target permanent that opponent controls.

Karmic Justice is not so generous. It only covers destruction.

Pox BBB
Sorcery
Each player loses a third of his or her life, then discards a third of the cards in his or her hand, then sacrifices a third of the creatures he or she controls, then sacrifices a third of the lands he or she controls. Round up each time.
