Windscale Serpent + Brainstorm = 3 Counters?

If this is the final wording on Windscale Serpent,

The final wording is "Put a +1/+1 counter on *this* whenever a spell or ability causes you to draw a card"

...then how many counters does it get from Brainstorm?

3 or 1?

I've assumed 3.

If you look at Sylvan Library, the extra ruling says:

This will count as 2 draws for anything that affects "drawn cards". [D'Angelo 1995/07/11]
Also:

423.2. Cards may only be drawn one at a time. If a player is instructed to draw multiple cards, that player performs that many individual card draws.
I'd say you get 3 counters. Ofcourse there will probably a ARB FAQ-notice concerning this issue once it is released.

Each draw is always a separate event. "Draw 3 cards" is essentially shorthand for "Draw a card. Draw a card. Draw a card."

Because of this, abilities like Wisescale Serpent's will always trigger three times.

Also, that's very unlikely to be the actual "final wording". It's written wrong and doesn't match what's on Salvation, but that's just nitpicking.

Yep sorry, i' ve translated very bad, the right wording might be:

"Whenever a spell or ability causes you to draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on *this*"

I' m not sure if it says "at the end of turn" or not, in that case it obv sucks :D
