Mistwalker Behemoth
1gu
Creature - Beast Uncommon
When Mistwalker Behemoth comes into play, return a creature you control to its owner's hand.
5/6

I have a funny feeling about that one...
C'mon, Wizards really tries to push those nasty UG NOTresh Decks, aren't they?

Noble Hierarch comes to my mind :eyebrow:

The Behemoth was originally spoiled with "when this comes into play, return a creature you control to the top of it's owner's library." making it alot less cool. But I guess we'll have to see what happens...

Hey, a tricky behemoth ! He's like Ninja of the Deep Hours for me - nice with Spellstutter Sprite and things like this, blue (pitches to Fow), wants Haste (like Horned Kavu or Shivan Wurm in old Fires decks). I'll try to make some crazy Behemoth-ninja-faerie-vial-UGr Survival (r primary for Anger).

On general: I already love this set for a lot of possible development options it will give.

Aluren feed. This is a true beater that can also be used with Aluren in nasty combos. It's going to replace Tarmogoyf in Aluren builds.

From the completel spoiler:

Nulltread Gargantuan 1:g::u:
Creature - Beast
When Nulltread Gargantuan comes into play, return a creature you control to the top of its owner's library.

Looks like they gimped this thing into a self repeal (err, memory lapse). Not good times.

This critter also looks like it could be very strong in combination with vial.

Ugh. Virtually Memory Lapsing myself is not tech. I'll pass.

It could be if you have Skill Borrower . Or Future Sight and the creature has a cool CiP ability! ... oh wait ... no ... it's all still crap

When it was just bounce the creature it seemed like a bad doran, but now putting it on top of you library, it seems completly unplayable.

This and Dryad Arbor?

It could also bounce out evoke creatures. Even so, it's a 2-for-1 now, so its much weaker.

Oh well, they changed the spoiler.
But it looked soooo good.
Like that it's unarguably unplayable.

I think you could make the best of its ability playing it together with Elvish Visionary.

t2: Draw an extra card with Visionary
t3: Play Gargantua, put Visionary on top
t4: Draw another card with Visionary

Or the same, but everything one turn later, with Eternal Witness

Good limited pick. Bad everywhere else.

I'm not even sure about that. Three mana for a 5/6 is obviously really good, but it's not going to be very easy to drop it on turn 3 because, if you cast a two-drop the turn before, that means you need to have naturally hit 1UG (no fetches, no Spire, no cycling - nothing except turn 1 Seaside Citadel). And the drawback is pretty serious unless you're bouncing a Visionary.

Hey now, it *does* bounce itself over and over to keep you from decking yourself:tongue:
