Q1 .Does exalted trigger again when i ninjutsu a ninja ?
For example i have a mothdust changeling and qasali pridemage in play . I decide to attack with the changeling only but activate ninja of the deep hours after blockers are declared (and the changeling passes). Does the ninja receive a +1/1 bonus?

No. Exalted is a triggered ability that only triggers when you declare attackers. What happens later is not affected by Exalted. Ninjutsu isn't either.

502.83a. Exalted is a triggered ability. "Exalted" means "Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn."

502.83b. A creature "attacks alone" if it's the only creature declared as an attacker in a given combat phase.
