You can't be at 12 points. You're already playing me, which was only possible because you were at 10. At least I think that's how Swiss works... Also, your pairing last round depended on you receiving a draw round 3. It's pretty irreparable and a lot of other people got screwed in a similar way. (See the post a couple above yours.)

EDIT: Actually the 4-0 vs. 3-1 would be even more of a disaster because we're playing online, since then you would be better off drawing by not playing the match, even though in a normal tournament circumstance I would be unable to draw with you. So you being a 3-0-1 is essentially a necessary condition to getting paired against me.
