Hi again. I was playing in a standard box tournament this past Saturday and I had a judge tell me that lifelink can stack. My opponent had a Rhox War Monk and a Battlegrace Angel in play. He said that since my opponent was swinging with a Rhox War Monk which has lifelink built in, the angel's triggered ability gives it another instance of lifelink therefore netting my opponent 8 life instead of 4 life. I think he's wrong. I never understood lifelink to be stackable but I figure you guys can clarify it for me. Thanks in advance.

The judge is right. When the War Monk attacked, his text box essentially said, "Lifelink, lifelink." Each triggers separately, so he would gain 8 life.

So would having two Loxodon Warhammers equipped to the same creature make lifelink stack too?

Yes, warhammer grants +3/+0 and life link twice. One instance for each eqiupment.

502.68b If a permanent has multiple instances of lifelink, each triggers separately.

I think that sums it up.
