Necromancy + Shroud

Does necromancy work w/ shroud creatures like animate dead?
And I'm guessing it won't work w/ pro black creatures, right?

Necromancy and Animate Dead are pretty much the same. They target a card in a graveyard (once directly, once indirectly via the enchant keyword), they change what they can enchant (or become an Aura in the first place), put that card into play and enchant it.
So Shroud is irrelevant because the only time the card is a target is when it is in the graveyard. Pro:Black on the other hand is a bad thing because a Black Aura cannot be attached to a Pro:Black creature, so the Auras are put into their owners graveyard. In both cases, the cards tell you to sacrifice the creature when the Aura leaves play.
