Twincast + Storm

Lets say there is a player who just played Tendrils of Agony with a storm of 15.

Their opponent plays twincast on it.

What occurs?

The opponent gets a single copy of Tendrils. Storm is a triggered ability that goes on the stack as part of playing a spell, but the copy that twincast makes isn't played, it's just put on the stack.
