Oh okay my bad. I leave it between you and him then, and he probably won't mind either way. He was just coming back from school (We were both UCSD students) so he could see his MWS computer, but then he came back really late yesterday and so was in a rush to be on time and probably didn't read much.

I think this would probably be preferable, because people are already done playing matches. Forbiddian can have Zir's extra slot if he wants it.

edit - Although if wwe can scrounge up a third late entry, you could put them in Zir's second slot, and have Forbiddian and I play each other (or any combination of that, really).

So I won 2-0. My opponent just couldn't land a Minitaur against my army of Toads. Game 2, I started Chubbing, and he tried to digg for a Grunt, but it was not to be found.

I am honestly surprised I was able to pull this match out, even after a mull to a weak hand g1. Julian23 didn't draw many answers that would have trashed me. I put the matchup at 65-70% in his favor on a usual day, but his deck didn't like him this round.

So my laptop won't be fixed until sometime next week (argh, this is making it exceedingly difficult to work on my thesis). I'll be away from tomorrow until Wednesday or Thursday. I should have access to another computer, and so should be able to play my next pairing early on. Just a word of warning: my deck code might be different (not sure what changes it--cards and editions, IP, etc.), but the deck will be identical. My opponent, if I play him/her in that time, will be more than welcome to see my deck and sideboard after the game and check the list against the one which I submitted initially. Hope that's reasonable.

I am sorry you have to drop thanks for letting me know though 5 more matches to go before Sunday night.

Thank you for posting and if your opponent don't post a reason why they could not play they get the drop and you get the win so don't worry about it.

now I understand with time differences and stuff a match or 2 may not get played in that case if i have heard from both parties it will just be a draw.


I also understand there are problems with MWS dropping people, but if I hear again where someone has the win and there opponent gets the mysterious drop right when they would lose, the match will not be replayed just post a screen shot showing it and I will rule on if it gets replayed or if it looks to coincidental to be an accidental dropped connection.
