Sinew Sliver and Mirror Entity

How do they interact ?

My reading was that the continuous effects are applied in the order of appearance (because in the same layer, 6d if I remember well), so that most of the time, creatures won't be X+1/X+1 where X is what you paid with Mirror Entity.

10/1/2007: Mirror Entity's ability doesn't overwrite changes to the power or toughness of any of your creatures that come from counters. It also doesn't overwrite static abilities that change the power or toughness of any of your creatures. Examples of this include Glorious Anthem and Yavimaya Enchantress.

Mirror Entity sets the P/T of your creatures to X, which happens in layer 6b. Sinew Sliver works on 6d so they are X+1/X+1
