This is based on a suggestion I got in the Shallow Grave storm thread and the deck is modeled on Randy Buehler's old extended deck. As I've explained before, I'm not much of a legacy player and have little experience with the format but I hope this is a deck that can be taken seriously. The deck is untested and may not be optimal (especially the SB). Testing and constructive criticism is welcome. It basically works like the old school megrim jar deck from extended but uses Magus instead of Jar and Shallow Grave/Corpse Dance instead of tinker. It uses many of the same mana excellerants but this deck packs more disruption. Two magus activations with one megrim out should win you the game. There are also multiple ways to get Magus into the graveyard. You can use Thoughtseize (not preferable) or Intuition. Brain freeze is included as an alt-win condition.

//Lands: 12
4 Underground Sea
4 Polluted Delta
2 Island
1 Swamp
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth

//Creatures: 4
3 Magus of the Jar

//Other Spells:44
4 Lotus Petal
2 Mystical Tutor
2 Thoughtseize
2 Pact of Negation
3 Megrim
3 Intuition
4 Force of Will
4 Dark Ritual
2 Infernal Tutor
4 LED
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder
2 Corpse Dance
4 Shallow Grave
1 Brainfreeze

Now here's the sideboard:
1 Chain of Vapor (bounces bothersome things like Pithing Needle or Chalice @ 2)
2 Engineered Plague (for merfolk, goblins, faeries, elves, etc.)
4 Leyline of the Void (dredge and other combo decks)
2 Unmask (makes Leylines clogged in your hand into hand disruption)
1 Perish (Tarmo and any other random green creatures)
2 Remand (to buy time and draw a couple extra cards)
1 Echoing Tuth (self-explanatory)
1 Hurkyl's Recall (against Stax)

I look forward to what people have to say about this deck.

Seems like you would want a full playset of your combo pieces like Magus of the Jar. The more of them you see the better.

I think he means 4.

//Creatures: 4
3 Magus of the Jar

One of those numbers has to be wrong.
