Ok, so bear with me, since I'm pretty sure this wouldn't work quite yet... I just slapped it together tonight. Wondering what people think. Believe me, I do understand Angel Stompy is basically a dead archetype for a reason, I just thought this idea seemed sort of fun.
4 Aven Mindcensor
3 Magus of the Tabernacle
3 Exalted Angel
2 Baneslayer Angel
2 Elspeth
4 Chalice of the Void
3 Cataclysm
3 Crucible of Worlds
2 Umezawa's Jitte
4 Oblivion Ring
4 Swords to Plowshares
3 Ancient Tomb
3 City of Traitors
3 Flagstones of Trokair
1 Ghost Quarter
1 Horizon Canopy
7 Plains
4 Wasteland
...So, I'm not too sure. From one perspective, this deck looks sort of like it's all over the place... On the other hand, maybe something like this could work?? I'm curious what people think, since I don't have access to a p.c. to just throw it together in MWS... *Le sigh* How I miss MWS, despite all its jankiness.
Your thoughts, please:

recently there was a thread here about white stompy packing 4 Moats. i think, it's a way to go with such kind of deck because it's almost your only advantage over other colors of stompy decks. like blue has FoWs, red has Moons and you have Moats, which have awesome synergy with Mindsensor, both Angels and Elspeths. sure, multiple Moats are quite expensive being pretty unuseful for format (ok, Dutch Stax), but i really think they can be the only reason to play this deck novadays. also i would maindeck Trinispheres to be able to resolve Moats and fatties against blue decks and cut Swords because of terrible synergy with Chalices.
also some moxen would be awesome. Diamond ones if you continue playing Cataclysms and Crucibls and Chrome ones if you deside to cut them.

Your deck is not at all Angel Stompy alike. AStompy is exalted + weenies + equipments. And, as you said, it's totally irrelevant in the metagame because of Tarmogoyf and counterbalance.
Crucible + wasteland + Magus (WTF ???) + STP (WTF² ???) should not be in this list. As ykpon said, Trinisphere and Moat are good replacing cards.
By the way, where are the Chrome Mox ???
I would rather play a list like this one: Cataclysm Stompy
Threats: 12
4 Exalted Angel
4 Baneslayer Angel
4 Elspeth
Artifacts: 8
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Trinisphere
Kill: 4
3 Cataclysm
4 Academy Rector (comboes very well with Cataclysm into ORing or Moat, acts like a Moat itself in various situations)
Enchants: 8
4 Oblivion Ring
4 Moat
Mana base 25
4 Chrome Mox
4 Ancient Tomb
4 City of Traitors
4 Flagstones of Trokair
4 Horizon Canopy (I thought that the angels' life gain is enough to run 4 of them)
5 Plains
The main problem might be to assemble WW since 19 cards require it.
Nice interactions with Cataclysm:
Cataclysm + Flagstone => land-advantage
Cataclysm + Trinisphere + Threat => gg
Cataclysm + Academy Rector + Threat => card advantage + card quality
Cataclysm + Baneslayer/Exalted Angel => board advantage

Not a single one to explain me that Cataclysm + Elspeth is awful.
DDK, I actually have something like this sleeved up. I have or have tried Voidstone Gargoyle. I love the Horizon Canopy. I have gotten the Ghost Quarter-Mindcensor-Crucible business going on a few times. It's just OK. I had to play these instead of Wasteland for space reasons and I am not convinced that I like it better than simply using Wasteland.
I also am using Windborn Muse which I am very pleased with. You really need Crucible. And OMG, please get rid of Cataclysm. That card is amongst the best ones to side in against you. And keep us informed. It is a cool idea for a more aggressive version of Stax.

How about dropping two Elspeth for two Eternal Dragon, and then changing the 'Clysm/Rector engine for more stall? I'm thinking something like....Winter Orb, Tabernacle And Ghostly Prison, with possibly Eternal Dragon and Disk/Magus of the.

I feel like Finn gets what I was trying to do with this idea the best out of the commentators so far... A more aggressive version of Stax. Exactumundo. Although, Finn, I'm not sure why you feel limited to playing either Ghost Quarter/Mindcensor OR Wasteland... Isn't there room for all of them in the right build?
Item two: I just realized I forgot to include the 4 Chrome Moxes from my list onto here. Sorry, I was transcribing this from The Sylvan Archives, which just alphabetizes the list. So I was going through by category and forgot the "non-land acceleration" category, lol.
Ok, taking into consideration some people's suggestions, I'm going to take a second stab at coming up with a list... (If y'all hadn't figured it out by now, this is all part of my irrational effort to build a mono-white control deck that doesn't have a 90% chance of all its matches going to time. Plus I think Baneslayer is kinda sexy, since there's a huge difference between five mana and six, which is usually what it takes for white to get a semi-competent beatstick that can stand on its own.)
Anyways. ...Heeeeere we go:
4 Aven Mindcensor
3 Windborn Muse
3 Exalted Angel
2 Baneslayer Angel
2 Elspeth, Royal Bitch
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Crucible of Worlds
3 Trinisphere
4 Oblivion Ring
2 Moat
2 Ghostly Prison
4 Mox Diamond
4 Ancient Tomb
4 City of Traitors
4 Wasteland
2 Ghost Quarter
3 Horizon Canopy
7 Plains
So, does that look any better?

This is essentially Angel Stax. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's not angel stompy. While I agree you don't necessarily need tons of weenies to be Angel Stompy, you need Angel and it needs to be a Stompy deck primarily, not a prison deck.
