Last Sunday I bought 4x Taiga off of eBay off of a guy by the name of faddyjosh. He has been getting good feedback, but he has yet to send my items. He has messaged me once telling me that he would send them the 30th or the 1st. It is now the 3rd, and I've not heard anything about the items.

What do you guys recommend that I should do?

Ya I did pay with Pay Pal.

And I've sent him a few messages to which he has yet to answer.

If you paid with Paypal you seriously have nothing to fear. If you never receive your items then you can make a case and the buyer usually always wins that.

Just wait. Give him time to ship them if he hasn't. People do have lives and something serious might have come up or he sent them and went on vacation. Just give it time.

Yea paypal gives you something like 30 days to file a claim. With the possibility of personal or mail issues slowing up the process I'd atleast give it a week-week and 1/2 before worrying, especially if s/he has good feedback.

Only if the guy sells a lot and/or maintains a balance in his account from other sales. If it's a one time deal, the seller has enough time to withdraw the funds and paypal won't be able to recover it if his balance goes to zero even if you win the dispute.

Did you get them for a ridiculous price?

I picked up 3 Glimpse of Nature for $12 on eBay and the seller never shipped them. I filed a dispute with paypal and got my money back.

It makes sense for a seller to refund the money and try again later for a better take. Still a rip. So much for finding the deals.

Yeah, this kind of thing really sucks. At least you can leave a sadface on their Ebay.

You mean YOU fucked up the address on your Paypal account. If that's the case, you're probably SOL. Might want to contact whoever lives at the address you had the cards shipped to.

Chill out. People don't always respond/get the messages but send the cards.
