If chalice of the void is set at zero, and say i play helm of awakening and then go for an infinite loop with 2 sensei's divining tops, do the tops get countered because i paid 0 to play it or do they resolve because the actual cmc is 1

Helm of Awakening doesn't change the card's converted mana cost, so the Sensei's Divining Tops won't be countered by a Chalice of the Void@0.
