[SCD] Uba Mask

Suntower Stax is dead for a long while due to meta changes, but I was wondering if Uba Mask is still viable as a soft lock againts control decks, and would it still fit into a prison deck.

Not to mention, there are a couple of synergy with Uba Mask to be abused with: Sylvan Library, and I've recently found another one that is potentially in the danger of cool things. It acts like the Uba Mask + Bazaar of Baghdad interaction:

Attunement + Uba Mask = draw 3 cards a turn.

I'm working on a UW Stax/prison deck with Attunement + Uba Mask. Without Mask, I can still discard my stuff out and recur them later with Academy Ruins and Replenish. With Uba Mask out, it's going to be 4 cards a turn. Just a hypothetical thought to raise possible potential of Uba Mask in Stax/stompy manabases.

Right, but you won't have to discard any of the draws from Attunement since they're in exile because of Uba Mask.

You still discard Attunement because the cost to use the ability is returning Attunement to your hand. So you end up with 3 cards RFG'd under Uba Mask and Attunement in your hand (assuming you had 0 cards to start with). You now much discard Attunement to its own ability. This turns Attunement into a worse Brainstorm because Brainstorm only costs U. Brainstorm also has the benefit of being far better by itself (with the exception of Chalice @ 1 being your most common play).

This all leads us to why I played Sylvan Library to begin with.

Counterbalance is rarely an issue in a deck looking to resolve primarily 3 and 4 mana spells.

Lol emdlin. I noobed out on Attunement's return itself cost. I was briefly looking at Sun Tower Stax and was wondering if Uba Mask can be further abused. I guess for the time being, all the good cards that can be abused are banned in Legacy.
