Like cycling, you can forecast and not trigger standstill?

I.e. Standstill is on the battlefield, you use Pride of the Clouds Forecast ability.

Forecast is an activated ability that requires you to simply reveal the card from your hand (and pay whatever additional costs).

You are not actually casting the spell.
