I have some questions about this card. I just want to be sure, and if possible could I have the explanation/ruling :

1 ) If I have Kird ape and my opponent has a single factory.. I decide to attack, can he defend and tap to kill my kird ape.

2) Same exemple as above, but can he defend and tap to save his factory ?

3) If I decide to Thread of disloyalty his factory, will I still keep it for the rest of the game, and what will happen with thread, will it go to the grave ?

Thanks.

Yes, he can if he didn't play the factory last turn. He can declare the factory as a blocker, then use its ability on itself. However, if he did play it last turn, it would have "summoning sickness" as a creature, and the tap-ability couldn't be activated.

Well, activating the Factory's ability on itself will make it a 3/3, so it'll both kill your Ape and live to tell the tale.

3) If I decide to Thread of disloyalty his factory, will I still keep it for the rest of the game, and what will happen with thread, will it go to the grave ?

If you play Threads on an animated Factory, the following will happen in your cleanup step: the Factory stops being a creature. Then Threads of Disloyalty is put into your graveyard as a state-based action, because it's enchanting an illegal permanent (it can only enchant a creature, which Mishra's Factory no longer is). Then your opponent gets his Factory back.

No, if you use Vedalken Shackles on an animated Factory, you get to keep it as long as Shackles remains tapped, because Shackles doesn't have any restrictions for the controlling, only for targeting (the target must be a creature, but Shackles doesn't care what happens to it after the control-gaining ability has resolved).
