m10 rules and banding

if I attack my opponent with a 6/6 trampler. and he blocks with a 0/6 wall and on a 0/3 wall that both have banding. who assigns the combat damage ?

The defending player. Banding did not change much under M10 rules.

so could he assign 4 damage to the 0/6 and 2 damage to the 0/3 due to them having banding ? or would it be the standard m10 rules of one creature having to be assigned lethal before going on to the next one ?

He could assign damage however he likes.
