[tribal pauper] soldier formation

Hello, I am trying to gather information on tribal soldier deck. I'm planning on using Alara's bant theme, as well as ways to pump soldiers (m10 soldiers and reinforce ability). I am also planning to abuse Deftblade Elite as creature removal and staple removals such as Oblivion Rings. Maybe even Holy Light as mass removal. I am trying to keep the deck mono-white.

If anyone has a similar pauper deck that you want to share, please feel free. Thanks.
