[The Source] Tournament Suggestions

Ok so I am back from my vacation and can dedicate some time to a new tournament here.

First off we need some rules to stop the number of dropped people so start posting what kind of ruels (I will leave the punny mistype alone) we should have. I hate having people wait all week to find out if thier opponent is even going to show. So I have rule number 1.


1.)You must post within 24 hours of the start of the round or you will be dropped.

24 hours seems extremely severe. Unless if rounds start on the same day every time, this means that going one day without internet might get you dropped.

Round time limits continue into top 8?

just a suggestion, it won't apply to me though.

I don't see a reasonable way to enforce time limits in top 8, but I like the rule where you have to respond in a day for swiss.

You could relax round limits a bit in the top8 but keep them.

Sounds fun. When are you looking to start this? I have a new list I've been working on.

Maybe Octgn instead of MWS? I don't know if it's any better or worse, but it's worth a sh

Also, I want to use the next set in the next one.
