I tried to create an aggressive discard deck, using extremely cheap fatties such as Nyxathid and Tombstalker in order to overrun your opponent very fast, combined with cheap and efficient disruption spells.

Threats:
4 Hypnotic Specter
4 Nyxathid
4 Tombstalker
4 The Rack

Disruption:
4 Thoughtseize
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Funeral Charm
4 Gatekeeper of Malakir
2 Raven's Crime

Draws:
4 Sign with Blood

Mana:
4 Dark Ritual
4 Polluted Delta
4 Bloodstained Mire
10 Swamp

Disruption:
I decided to use Funeral Charm in addition to Thoughtseize and Hymn to Tourach cause it's the only instant speed discard spell, forcing your opponent to discard a card during his draw phase if he has no hand and it has the ability to kill small creatures, such as confidants, or boost your creatures power by 2 in order to deliver the finishing blow.

I chose to run Gatekeeper of Malakir maindeck, since its a solid creature removal that also leaves a 2/2 body in the process. Sign with Blood is a cheap solution to refill your hand without being forced to use Dark Confidant, which takes 3 turns to provide you with that many cards, is easily removed, not to mention the risk playing it in a deck with 4 Tombstalkers, 4 Thoughtseize and 8 Fetchlands.

Threats:
Hypnotic Specter is the fuel that keeps the discard engine going, Nyxathid is a very efficient fatty and Tombstalker just seals the game after a couple turns. The rack is also an efficient way to keep damaging your opponent even without the help of your creatures.

I got a couple questions myself, would appreciate if you could help:

1) Run Duress instead of Thoughtseize?
2) Using another creature removal maindeck, such as Diabolic Edict, Smother or Doom Blade instead of Gatekeeper of Malakir?
3) Adding Dark Confidants and 2-3 Divining Top, instead of Sign with Blood?

Any other suggestions would be great!

I would recommend looking into a deck like Eva Green (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8220) (which IMO is the best sui deck a the moment).
Your deck lacks land destruction, which greatly complements your discard. It will help keep down a struggling opponent and prevent them (especially control decks) from casting late game bombs (like Wrath of God, Elspeth, etc.). And I'm not proud to say so, but "add more goyfs"...

I know Eva Green, but I wanted to make something else. Else what's the point of this forum, to discuss only the 3-4 top tier decks and their variations?

Nantuko Shade seems far superior to The Rack in every plausible situation.

Funeral Charm is just jank. Thoughtseize and Duress are good because you a) see their hand and b) make them discard their best card in exchange for tempo, with Charm you get their worst card and don't get any information and still lose time. No real idea what to replace it with, but some way of dealing with permanents other than creatures would be a good thing?

If you do add a second color, Night's Whisper will become better (easier to cast) than Sign in Blood.

Also you might look here for some inspiration:

I see your point (and I was just trying to help, in case you didn't knew the deck), however you have chosen to develop, on an already fine tuned archtype, so what's the point in making an inferior/subpar version?
You could call it a casual deck, but who plays MBC against his friends? Then why not just play some variant of Mono U Stasis
I hope I'm not pissing you of. I love to see new deck ideas, there's just nothing new to this one...

I played something like this when underworld dreams got reprinted and actually had really good results with it.

4x Dark Confidant
4x Hypnotic Sp.

4x Hymn to Tourach
4x Duress
4x Smother
3x Spinning Darkness
3x Chainers Edict

4x Sign in Blood
4x Dark Rit

4x Underworld Dreams

19 Swamp
3x Mishra's Factory

Obviously it has mono blacks biggest weakness which is artifacts and enchantments will stay in play if resolved.
