Dr. Strange is a deck archetype that utilizes Zur's ability to fetch utility enchantments and use them to win the game. The archetype is popylar within the South American MTG community (as seen on www.deckcheck.net). The deck itself is still evolving but with people's help from here, this deck ocould be the next big thing.

The deck works by controlling the early game and locking your opponent out late game with enchantments with the help of Zur.

Here are the common card choices:

Engine:

Zur the Enchanter - Dr. Strange. The namesake of the deck. If you dont know who Dr. Strange is, look him up (he's a Marvel Character).

Utility:

Force of Will - The best counterspell in the game and we have the colors to run it. Good for controlling the game.

Brainstorm - Helps you get whatever you need.

Spell Snare - Counters a lot of threats in Legacy

Daze - Early free counters is good

Swords to Plowshares - One of the best spot removals of all time

Path to Exile - StP back up

Thoughtsieze - Hand disruption is a good

Dark Confidant - Bob provides good card advantage

Sensei's Divining Top - Helps Bob out.

Enchantments:

Counterbalance - CounterTop engine can lock games. The deck is based on running enchantments and its already running Tops. Why not?

Oblivion Ring - Gets rid of random annoying stuff. That can be fetched by Zur

Threads of Disloyalty - Taking control someone elsesGoyf rocks!

Pemmin's Aura - Turn Zur into Superman

Steel of the Godhead - Another accessory for Zur that really helps out

Pernicious Deed - Helps you regain board position

Engineered Plague - There will always be a tribal deck out there. Here is your answer

Chill - Red hate

Energy Flux - Artifact hate

Suppression Field - Shuts down a lot of things such as Vial

Propaganda - Helps deal with swarm based decks. I believe this is better than Ghostly Prison because this can be pitched to FoW

Im pretty sure there are a lot more utility enchantments out there.

Heres a sample deck from www.deckcheck.net by Jorge Luengo Tabernero:

4 Polluted Delta
4 Tundra
4 Underground Sea
3 Tropical Island
2 Flooded Strand
2 Island
1 Plains
1 Swamp

4 Dark Confidant
3 Zur the Enchanter
1 Sower of Temptation

4 Brainstorm
4 Force of Will
4 Swords to Plowshares
3 Spell Snare
1 Counterspell 4 Counterbalance
2 Pernicious Deed
1 Oblivion Ring
1 Pemmin's Aura
1 Steel of the Godhead
1 Threads of Disloyalty

4 Sensei's Divining Top
1 Vedalken Shackles

It feels like I've missed a lot of cards. I am currently at work and dont really have the time to elaborate even more. Hopefully there will positive suggestions.

Thanks

There's already a thread about it. (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12181)
