Can I untap my shocklands coming into play with Scapeshift?
Can I untap Vesuva copying a shockland?

If another effect (such as Loxodon Gatekeeper's ability) tells you to put lands into play tapped, it comes into play tapped whether you pay 2 life or not.

You can pay two life, but that only satisfies the shockland's effect. There's still another effect (Scapeshift, Vesuva) keeping it tapped.
