Registration opens at 10AM, play begins at 11AM

Format: Legacy (1.5) Constructed Swiss with top cut single elimination

Sanctioned Event - No Proxies

$20.00 entry fee

Prizes:

1st place: 4x Tropical Island Dual Lands (Revised)
2nd place: 4x Force of Will
3rd & 4th place: $50.00 store credit
If 25 or more players then $25.00 store credit will be awarded to
5th-8th places

Additionally, each player will receive a "Grab Bag" with multiple MTG themed items such as deck boxes, binders, countdown dice, lifecounters and playmats. Each grab bag will also contain a foil promo card!

Just thought I'd bump this... event is tomorrow, hoping we get a good turnout. If this event is a success, there's a good chance it'll become a recurring thing. This is a pretty great deal if you ask me, fair entry fee plus free grab bag and a FTV: Exiled as a door prize.

As added incentive, you can come clobber me in the tournament and then I'll have to recap said clobbering in a Starcity article.

For those of you in the PA/DE/NJ/MD area that haven't been to AU Blue Bell, its a great store, nice mix of competitive and casual players across all formats, and very fair prices on single cards. Plenty of space in the store and plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

This is the same store where Mike Smith runs the Blue Bell Vintage tournaments... they also run Standard on Saturday nights and will have Standard tomorrow.

Posting 40% of the lists from the event seems a bit excessive...is there any specific reason you'd want T16 posted?

I want to thank everyone for coming out to our first Legacy event at Alternate Universes. Our next event will be held on January 16th 2010 so save the date.
