I have been testing this deck recently, it works quite well.
The deck plays the most efficient beaters for their casting cost.
Steppe lynx and plated geopede are huge with 29 lands and lftl. Most of the time, they can swing into a goyf for four or five. As a consequence, the deck can have a turn four kill.
For the late game, I have the intuition worm harvest engine which can be quite devastating.
So far, I have had decent results against countertop decks, gobelin, merfolk, tempo threshold and standstil.
Elves, combo, reanimator, survival.deck are quite hard matchups.
Zoo and burn are even.

SB: 1 [FNM] Tormod's Crypt
SB: 2 [M10] Pyroclasm
SB: 3 [R] Red Elemental Blast
SB: 4 [LRW] Burrenton Forge-Tender
SB: 2 [TSP] Ancient Grudge
SB: 1 [LG] The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale
SB: 1 [CS] Jotun Grunt
SB: 1 [ALA] Relic of Progenitus

I have been updating the deck list, I have found adventuring gear to be good enough to include it maindeck.
It makes your landfall creature broken, a fetch=+8+8.
I have cut one pyroclasm for a tabernacle. I have also put ranger of eos for the middle game instead of intuition+worm harvest (which was more the late game). Trinket mage was most of the time better than adventuring gear, I made a 2/2 split.

I know it's of-colours but :

This deck needs more Bloodghast and Small pox.

Oh, and Bazaar of Baghdad too... (j/k)

I disagree with the above posters: there's no sense compromising your manabase for black. Similarly, if you want any utility lands at all, they're going to be Glacial Chasm and The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale--and you'll no doubt want those in the sideboard anyway. Chasm would be a better option than Burrenton Forge-Tender/War Monk in my opinion, since it achieves more against a wider range of decks, and can be tutored.

I believe I played against you on MWS sometime in the last few weeks, and the deck really did seem quite strong. It drew much of its strength, in fact, from its Zoo-ish opening plays, which led me into a number of improper threat assessments. That being said, I do wonder about Wild Nacatl in here: it's smaller than your other threats, and you have plenty of those. Would you be better-served by running some form of removal in that slot? Swords to Plowshares is the obvious candidate, given your colours. Have you tried using any removal? How has it panned out? Do you ever wish that you had some?

Beyond that, my only quibbles are with the sideboard, in which (as I mentioned earlier) you would no doubt be better served by including Chasm and Tabernacle, which would dramatically improve a number of matchups. The other option, of course, would be to maindeck one or both (probably Chasm, though, just in case) by removing a single Wasteland (you can fetch them one of three ways anyway) or a fetchland.

Glad to see that you posted the deck: I really liked it. It's a beast!

Yeah, I played against you. I am testing wild nacatl, but I wonder if something like grim lavamancer would be better. Maybe a 3/3/3 split with qasali/nacatl/grim. Grim lavamancer would improve the tribal matchup, in particular the elves matchup.
I rarely need swords to plownshare, sometimes in the tempo threshold matchup, when you don't draw enough goyf/knight, or against random reanimator but that's quite rare.
Most of the creatures can't trade with lynx and geopede.

Fair enough. Grim Lavamancer sounds like a good bet to me. It even has the added advantage of shrinking Tarmogoyf if need be.

What is your take on adding Grove of the Burnwillows + 3-4 Punishing Fires?
There is some nice synergy with KotR pulling out Groves, and Intuition pulling out 3 PFs.

If the purpose is to abuse landfall as much as possible, maybe you should play Exploration?

You also need to make sure this deck doesn't become an unfocused Zoo/42 lands hybrid.

Im testing a deck like yours. I think it has lot of potential. My list is the following:

7 Forest
2 Savannah
1 undiscovered Paradise
4 Windswept Heath
4 Wooded Foothills
3 Flagstones of trokair
-----21 lands

// Creatures
4 Steppe Lynx
4 Scute Mob
4 Vinelasher kuzdu
4 Sakura tribe elder
4 Knight of the Reliquary
-----20 Creatures

// Spells
4 Chrome Mox
3 Life from the Loam
3 Scapeshift
4 Path to exile
4 Khalni Heart Expedition
3 Crop rotation
-----21 Spells

The deck sometimes is awesome, can win on thrid turn and has lot of sinergy on it.

The explanations are the following. We want to abuse from landfall so we are using creatures that benefits from it in best way possible.

Lynx gains +2/+2 for every land you play. In this deck is very easy for him to hit for 12 o more damage on a turn. If you Scapeshift is a party.

Vinelasher gains +1/+1 permanently for each land you play. this monster is always the bigger thing on the table (see fetch-->land, crop the land search fetch, sac the fetch new land and +4/4 permanently for G ;) )

Scute mob is a little guy that grows enormly for all the lands you are playing. the best thing of this guy is that you can play it on every time of the match that it will grow when 5 or more lands are on the table.

Knight is a way for searching every land of the deck and is always a monster too.

Sakura gives you a land when needed. can chump for bigger guys and transform his little body on a new land.

Chrome Mox are here for become faster. I´ve tested mox diamond and exploration and none of them were good enough to be here. Chrome is good because you can print any card you don´t want in that moment.

3 Life from the Loam: To recover wasted lands, fetches an so in order to non stop the party.

3 Scapeshift : The combo. If you play it all your dudes get mad and grows to the limit for an alpha strike. sac 3 lands for example search 3 fetch, sac the fetchs, search lands and +12 for lynx, +6 for kuzdu + 3 for knight to the party.

4 Path to exile: defense and to ramp yourself if needed.

4 Khalni Heart Expedition: Mvp of the deck. makes scutes very playable, combine with any card of the deck and had sinergy with everything.

3 Crop rotation: your pump, gain land advantage spell. CVast it over a flagstone and gain 2 lands for 1 and the option to give +6 for lynx (search fetch and savanah).

Lands are tuned too because we need basics (forest) for heart and sakura, plains (savanahs) for flagstones and 1 undiscovered paradise for make sure you never fail on putting land on play every turn.

I´m trying to improve few more the list but i like it. It can be very explosive and funny to play.

Any idea to help me to improve the deck?
