View Full Version : Toys N Things [Danvers MA] Standard Tournament Nov 13th

We managed to squeeze in one of our first standard tournamants next Friday Nov 13th starting at 6PM. Fee is $8 and the number of winners and prize support will be determined by the number of players, but will most likely follow our other tournament guidelines (see our previous post). Please post or PM me with any questions.

Jeez, give the guy a break. It says "Standard" right there in the title. If you're not into Standard, feel free to disregard. He's just getting the word out to anyone who might be interested.

Thanks for the help B.C. I knew when I wrote the post that the 'da purists'might give me some grief. What they don't realize is that Standard (or Type Two) is often a stepping stone for newerrplayers who are moving to legacy.
This is what we had in mind when I posted the Standard event. Since then we've decided to expand our standard tournaments, so Toys N Things now has two more standard events happening on Saturday Nov 14th. The first starts at 1PM and the second starts at 5PM.
Once we have established our standard events we plan to have at least one legacy event. Right now it looks like it would happen in early January.
