4 Sensei's Divining Top
4 Vampire Hexmage
4 Dark Confidant
4 Sinkhole
4 Thoughtseize
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Dark Ritual
4 Diabolic Edict
4 Tarmogoyf
2 Tombstalker
4 Wasteland
4 Swamp
4 Bayou
4 Verdant Catacombs
4 Dark Depths
2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
//Sideboard:
4 pernicious deed
2 tormod's crypt
2 ravenous trap
4 engineered plague
3 choke
Splashing green seems stronger/more stable than blue since you have enough disruption with black and just need green for goyf and sideboard options (choke + deed).
If we were to splash blue, we could play Spell pierce/Negate but then we cannot really run Goyf and giving that up is pretty silly in Legacy.
Deck has a few good things going for it:
1) Draw engine of Bob + Top to avoid dmg.
2) Tarmogoyf
3) Disruption of Hymn/Thoughtseize as well as Sinkhole/Wasteland
4) Dark Depths Combo
Thoughts/comments?

Have you considered Crop Rotation? It not only searches for the combo but feeds Tombstalker as well. You also run a good amount of utility lands for it to not seem like a total dead draw. Rotation into a Wasteland is also fairly good. I've tested that interaction extensively with positive results.
I'm almost tempted to suggest running Grim Tutor as well, maybe even over Rotation.

i was going to make a thread about the b/g version since the other threads seem to be devoted to the blue splash, at least now i dont have to!
my build is a little different, choosing to go a slower route for a toolbox strategy with entombs and life from the loam at the core. i have played it in three tournements and have top 4'd in two (which results in a split so we can all go home in our shop). My list is as follows:
Queen Of The Damned (im a anne rice fan playing a deck with a lady vampire as the combo piece, yes i know im lame)
61 cards
LAND - 22
3 forest
4 swamp
4 bayou
4 verdent catacombs
3 wasteland
2 urborg, tomb of yawgmoth
1 volraths stronghold
1 dark depths
Creatures - 13
4 tarmogoyf
4 dark confidant
3 vampire hexmage
2 eternal witness
Instants - 4
4 Entomb
Sorceries - 20
4 thoughtsieze
3 hymn to tourach
1 ravens crime
2 life from the loam
3 maelstrom pulse
3 reanimate
3 living wish
1 worm harvest
enchantments: - 2
2 pernicious deeds
SIDEBOARD
1 eternal witness
1 indrik stomphowler
1shriekmaw
1 tombstalker
1 dark depths
1 vampire hexmage
3 pithing needle
4 leyline of the void
2 krosan grip
the thing which, imo, has given this version the success it has is the fact that there are a multitude of was to search for combo pieces, recur combo pieces, or protect combo pieces. also, although the dark depths combo is written throughout the deck, its not neccessary to win. theres always the man plan, make tons of guys with worm harvest, and a wish target tombstalker. ravens crime is amazing MD, as with a loam it becomes a one card wrecking crew to blue opponents strategies.
a couple concerns however; this deck has done - in the amount of playtesting i have done- excellent against control strategies. aggro however is a weaker matchup...but not unwinnable. comboing off quickly will obviously win the game against the aggro match, and the longer the game lasts the more favorable it is for this deck due to the decks own aggro potential and disruptive capabilities. Zoo/burn decks can be beaten easily if piloted by a competent player.
goblins however is another matter. as this builds earliest form of creature removal is at turn 3, its very possible goblins would have too much board position for removal to be relevant. although we have hand disruption and other creatures (who actually would do well against the goblin - gofy and hexmage) to slow them down, its still an uphill battle. lackey is their biggest threat as he would have at least one turn unblocked if thier on the play, and the only real defenses against this both depend on you playing first:1. thoughtsieze lackey, 2. pass turn one, they play lackey, turn two play blocker.
a few ideas ive had to compensate for this: innocent blood, darkblast, disfigure, ghastly demise, vendetta
on those: darkblast seems like it could work as it fits the dredge/graveyard manipulation them, but its only -1-1. kills lackey but not much else.
ghastly demise is another good one, but its dependent on there being cards in the yard which is equivalent to needing a fetch and ghastly demise to kill a turn one lackey (or does it count itself?, ill have to look that up)
i like vendetta as well as it answers t1 lackey as well as any other nonblack creature, the only downside is the loss of life. with thoughtsiezes and dark confidants im not sure if this is a viable option to board in for the aggro match
i have already written a metric ton, so im going to quit and open the thread for questions and comments. i have a terrible memory so im not going to bother writing a tournement report from the previous events i played it in, but tomorrow (Wed. 11/18/09) ill be playing it again at our local tournement. i will keep track of life and try to write as detailed a report as possible.
*also for consideration, dredge has been seeing some play in our metagame lately. although i beat it with this deck the last time i played it (due to game two and three pregame leylines) i was contemplating the idea of adding a loaming shaman to the wishboard. the problem with this is that is a turn three answer at the earliest...and you should be dead by then against dredge. is it worth it to add a slot for this or would it be best to hold out for leylines game 2+3?

Living wish is tech for getting a DD, another land, hexmage or some other beater.
