How do they work?

Do the players on the team split the prizepool?

Do the players on the team work together in the event of a friendly matchup?

Teams are usually just made up of friends that share card pools and help each other test/design new decks. You could split prizes if you wanted to but its not necessarily mandatory. Sometimes you id with them to not hurt each others record but sometimes you play in order to get to the t8

Sharing card pools, tech, testing, and car pooling are the main reasons to be part of a team. The other is crashing at their house if they are close to the tournament.

I don't know how other teams work, but we mostly just fuck with Quack about Vial Birds.
