First, the list:
24 Lands
4 Underground Sea
4 Island
4 Polluted Delta
2 Flooded Strand
3 Wasteland
4 Mishra's Factory
3 Dark Depths

4 Vampire Hexmage
29 Other Spells
4 Brainstorm
4 Force of Will
3 Standstill
4 Counterbalance
3 Sensei's Divining Top

As you can see, this is just a Dreadstill deck with Vampire Hexmage and Dark Depths switched for Dreadnoughts and Stifles. I have made no effort to incorporate Dark Depths into the manabase via Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth because it doesn't allow me to play Counterbalance.
Spell Snare and Daze have been maxed out because against Zoo, I want to be able to counter just about every creature they play from turn 1 to turn 3.
Because it is almost the same as Dreadstill, there is not anything in terms of matchups that is anything new.
