Hello I was brainstorming if it's possible to make something with that cards:

Restore Balance
Hexmage
Dark Depths

Greater Gargadon
Bloodghast
Cabal Therapy
...

SO Bwr list is that... anyone can think about a list , or more cards to use?

I'm trying to think of a stupid way to use Celestial Convergence and Aether Snap with Hexmage/Dark Depths >_<

Suspended cards are removed from the game, and aren't permanents while they're suspended. Hexmage won't work on them.
