In my casual playgroup the following questions arised:

1_Animated man land (fae conclave to be precise) becomes equiped, does it get deequiped at the end of turn? if the equipment in question happens to be Grafted Wargear does the land get sacrificed?

2_Do +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters counter each other? this became an issue since a friend builded a deck relying on Throw rednclaw and Oran Rief the Vastwod.

Thanx

1. Yes, the equipment gets unattached, as it can't be attached to a non-creature. Then Grafted Wargear's trigger goes off and drags your faerie conclave screaming to the graveyard.
2. Yes, as a State Based Action, all +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters of a permanent annihilate until there's only one type left on it.

In State-Based Actions:

704.5r. If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it.
