So, i came to this situation on MWS playing TES: I IGG, i take brainstorm, mystical tutor and LED back. He gets Krosan grip back.
I want to take Tendrils with Mystical+Brainstorm, so i do the following:
1)play LED.
2)cast brainstorm, without passing priority cast mystical tutor, and then break LED (mana abilities don't use the stack). He then can respond playing Krosan grip, but it doesn't have any target.

This guy says that I have to pass priority after having cast BStorm, so that he can grip the LED and smash my plan. Who is right?

You are right. After your spell resolves (during your turn), you get priority again and can proceed as described.

Also, remember in real life that players automatically pass priority after playing spells unless they explicitly state they are keeping it after casting a spell. (You are right in this situation)
