Hi friends.

I'm your friendly neighborhood Milkman. I'm new here and thought I'd introduce myself with a deck that features how I think, that also has been working well for me.

At heart, I'm a Johnny. I like seeing several interactions between cards, interactions between the interactions and then making a deck that accentuates those interactions. This deck captures that joy I find, while being able to win.

Isochron Scepter has always been a favorite of mine. From the ever popular NO! Stick, to other odd combos, it's always caught my eye. So starting from there, and adding several cards that work oh so well with it, I get this monster.

// Lands
4 [A] Plateau
8 [AT] Plains (2)
8 [DD2] Mountain (4)
4 [EVE] Rugged Prairie

// Creatures
4 [FNM] White Knight
4 [UL] Mother of Runes
4 [RAV] Firemane Angel/Baneslayer Angel(which ever is in your budget)

// Spells
4 [MR] Isochron Scepter
4 [RAV] Lightning Helix
4 [AT] Lightning Bolt
4 [CHK] Ghostly Prison
4 [DIS] Odds/Ends
4 [U] Swords to Plowshares

// Sideboard
SB: 3 [10E] Pithing Needle
SB: 3 [PY] Abolish
SB: 3 [TSB] Tormod's Crypt
SB: 3 [5E] Wrath of God
//3 Empty Space

Basically, it's creature denial in all forms. Ghostly Prison stops attacks, Mother of Runes makes uber walls and stifles mono color decks(can anyone say Vial Goblins?), up to the generic removal that can be used again and again with Scepter.

A very interesting and pivotal card I'd like to point out, which basically makes the deck is Odds//Ends. Ends I think is very good card on it's own, especially when I'm limiting attacks with Ghostly Prison, and is worth the 5 mana to pay for it. But since Odds is 2 mana, I can put it on Scepter and start owning face with it turn 3. And once it's there, I get generic spell denial with Odds, which will either stop my opponent cold or throw it back at them.

All and all, with my testing of this with decks of any shape and sort thrown at me, I have had more wins than losses. I have no hard data, but I hope this doesn't turn you away from the deck. I think it has some great potential and hope it can live up to it.

Is Odds/Ends really a wise inclusion? It's the sex when you can throw it on a scepter, but otherwise it looks clunky, and one half of the card you can't even hard-cast.

Rugged Prairie is not probably the best choice. Swap them out for Arid Mesa's.

Why no figure of destiny? This card is an absolutely amazing card at nearly all points of the game - and is in both your colors.

I don't know if Baneslayer/Firemane is the best choice for a finisher. Have you looked towards other W/x control builds for finishers? (eternal dragon and decree of justice come to mind)

Why no utility or manlands? Surely Mishra's factories would go a long way in giving you additional game - and wastelands certainly merit a look.
