I would just like a short answer and explanation.
1) If Titania's Song is in play, and I have an Aura Shards in play, if I play a non- creature artifact (for example a Lotus Petal) do I get the Naturalize effect?
2) If Titania's Song and Humility are both in play and I play that Lotus Petal, is it a 0/0 or a 1/1 creature?
3) If Titania's Song is in play, when I play an artifact land such as Tree of Tales, is it now a spell? Is it still a land?
1) Yes, because Titania's Song's ability applies already when Lotus Petal enters the battlefield, so Petal enters the battlefield as a creature and Aura Shards will trigger.
2) Both effects setting the power and toughness are in layer 7b, so they are applied in timestamp order (whichever entered the battlefield last wins).
3) Tree of Tales is never a spell, Titania's Song only affects it when it's on the battlefield. Titania's Song says "Each noncreature artifact loses its abilities and becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost.", so Tree of Tales loses its mana ability and becomes an artifact creature, and is not a land anymore.
1) It's a creature when it enters the battlefield, so yes.
2) Both are power/toughness setting effects, so timestamps.
3) Lands are specifically not spells and can never be spells. Changing something's type in play won't make it a spell or not a spell for many reasons - for one, spells exist on the stack.
Song doesn't say it keeps its previous types, so "artifact creature" replaces all other types.
Titania's Song 3G
Enchantment
Each noncreature artifact loses its abilities and becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost. If Titania's Song leaves the battlefield, this effect continues until end of turn.
204.1a. When an object's card type changes, the new card type(s) replaces any existing card types.

Clarification for 2: It doesn't take into account that without the Titania's Song effect beforehand, Lotus Petal would have no interaction with Humility?
Question for 3: If I have Titania's Song and Aura Shards in play and play Tree of Tales, I have a Disenchant effect that can't be countered since it doesn't go on the stack? I understand that Aura Shards can be stiffled, just asking putting Tree of Tales onto the battlefield still can't be countered.
2.1) The relevant part of Song applies in layer 4, type-changing. Humility doesn't apply until layers 6 and 7. No need to take anything into account (the rule for that is called "dependency", and only applies if an effect depends on another effect within a layer).
3.1) The Tree isn't a creature until right when it enters the battlefield - it's not a creature on the stack. And as before, it's not a land when it enters the battlefield.
If you were somehow able to remove the Land type from Tree while it was in your hand, it would use the stack. If it were a Land Creature (like Dryad Arbor) or an Artifact Land (like it well, is), it wouldn't use the stack.
