[Deck]Burn and goblin

hello guys i want tol present my deck and I hope you can give a review on the deck. my deck is 50% burn and 50% goblin the list is
18 mountain
1 lotus petal

my decision is don't put a westland or other special land because i don't like it...18 is for the mountain is the best because many of the card have a little mana cost

4 raging goblin
4 lackey
4 piledriver
3 siege-gang commander
2 goblin vandal
2 Gempalm Incinerator

the goblin selected are piledriver the king of goblin, lackey in combo with the siege gang, raging goblin for make damage at the first turn vandal for use vs artifact and the gempalm for use with the cyclin power

4 lighting bolt
4 shock
4 fireblast
3 price of progress
3 goblin grenade
4 chain lighting

the instant/sorcery have cost of 1 or 2,the fireblast and the goblin grenade for ending the game, price of progress for make some damages to the deck with special land, the lighting bolt and the chain are the best burn i think to change the shock but at the same time they are good vs creature, before the shock i have put 4 incinerate but they have double mana cost and for me that isn't good

for the side i use shattering for the artitact, pyroblast and scirocco vs blue deck e tormod crypt vs deck with graveyard power

There are many good alternatives to Shock. Consider Lava Spike or Rift Bolt or even Goblin War Strike or Reckless Abandon. If you are willing to put up with the double casting cost I would recomend Magma Jet - It's Scry ability can be very valuable in this kind of deck. You might also do a search for Sligh on this site.
