Metallic Sliver is the worst CC1 you can choose. Try one of the B/W:
Mindlash Sliver
Plated Sliver
Sidewinder Sliver

Thanks, not sure what I was thinking. I guess plated sliver will go in it's place.

Cut the 3x Unearth and play Crucible of Worlds in that spot. Then cut 2x March Flats and 1x Swamp and play 3 Mishra's Factory. That should make the deck pretty sick. Also, cut Hymn and play Thoughtseize instead. It is a whole lot better than the randomness of Hymn and will fit better off in your plan. I realize Hymn also hit lands but ... its random, being able to choose is very important. I would also probably run Black Knight or something with first strike in your open creature slot to deal with goblins.

Wouldn't Mutavault fit the theme much better?

Wouldn't Volrath's Stronghold be good in here?

Wouldn't Volrath's Stronghold be good in here?
YES, it absolutely is. I made a "Sliver Rock" deck a little while back. Maybe I'll dig up the list, by which I mean here's my list.
1 The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
1 Cabal Pit
3 Scrubland
2 Savannah
3 Bayou
2 Volrath's Stronghold
2 Verdant Catacombs
2 Marsh Flats
1 Windswept Heath
4 Wasteland
2 Mutavault
4 Necrotic Sliver
4 Sinew Sliver
4 Muscle Sliver
4/3 Talon Sliver
3/4 Gemhide Sliver
4 Vindicate
3 Life from the Loam
2 Smother
4 AEther Vial
4 Thoughtseize
And a really bad sideboard.

Crucible is great with wastelands but the problem is the casting cost. I'm not too happy about switching something that costs B to 3. I also wanted a way to recur a certain type of sliver like mindlash when needed. I may agree with you on thoughtseize but I'll leave that for the side board for now. There is alot of times it's a dead card. I wanted hymm to have a chance at knocking out lands although I may switch it to gerrads verdict to deal with goblin decks. I disagree with black knight because he isn't very useful in alot of matchups. He also won't give slivers any bonuses. If I need first strike, I'll use talon sliver. I don't think I've even seen anyone play black knight in over 2 years.

I agree and I'll try to fit him in somewhere. I'm always afraid of playing so many colorless lands in a two color deck.
Wouldn't Volrath's Stronghold be good in here?
Very nice! I like the idea of having a recurring vindicate! Although it would cost more and is probably slower than the unearths. Yet another colorless land. I am afraid of not being able to get the colors I need. But will definately keep this in mind.

Intresting deck! What does adding green really give you? Muscle sliver for beefier creatures? I am not sure if that is necessary. I think once I establish control, I can kill easily with my current creature base.

The Loam engine, and Gemhide to accelerate you into your Necrotic lock.

Harmonic Sliver is also an option, but the most important piece is muscle sliver. Really. Tribes like merfolk, goblins, or elves have so many "lords" that also have other abilities (islandwalk, create elves, etc) that using only sinew sliver puts you at a disadvantage against them. I would suggest using 4 muscle sliver and 3 plated sliver. Mindlash sliver is also pretty brutal against control if you have something to break the simmetry of the card.
Pity that Harmonic Sliver doesn't protect you from Engineered Explosives and [cards]Pernicious Deed[cards].
