Sensei's Divining Top + Dredge

I tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and put it on the top of my library. Then I dredge and I have to put SDT into my graveyard? Is that correct?

No. You dredge first, then sdt is on the top of your library.

T: Draw a card, then put Sensei's Divining Top on top of its owner's library.

Dredge replaces the draw; the rest of the ability resolves normally afterwards.
