Krovikan Horror

I use the card in Survival and I know that the end step rules have changed at M10 but I do not exactly know how.

When is the last time I can discard Horror + another creature n my opponent's turn and still return it at the end of his turn? Atm I do it in his 2nd main phase when he says go but it would be better for me to be able to do it after his 2nd main phase so he can't Crypt afterwards.

The horror must be in your graveyard at the beginning of the end step or else the ability won't trigger. Note that the ability can only trigger once per turn under normal circumstances. You'll have to discard the horror during your opponent's main phase for it to be in the graveyard in time. All of your confusion should be alleviated if you take a look at the updated Gatherer wording of the card. That is, it's simply a triggered ability that happens at the beginning of the end step.
