Championing and coming into play

Hello,

When a card "championed" comes into play (because the "championing" creature leaves play), it triggers its triggered abilities, doesn't it?

So, for example, a Flamekin Harbinger would search an elemental, wouldn't it?

Yes.

"Whenever ~this~ comes into play" triggers trigger. Pretty neat to Cryptic Command bounce a Mistbind (and draw) to Counter a spell with the Spellstutter under it, only to timewalk someone again with the same Mistbind next turn.
