1) When a morphed creature is being targeted by a Lightning Bolt, and player responds by unmorphing the creature and it is now just a 1/1. Did the lightning bolt's target disappeared? Or is the target still that same creature and it will still die?
2) When a morphed creature gets exiled by means of Path to Exile, is it removed from game as a face up or face down? Or does it even matter?
Thank you.
1) It is still the same creature, and will die to the Lightning Bolt.
2) It is exiled face up.

Whenever a Morphed creature changes zone (except maybe for phasing), you must reveal it (if it's bounced or put into the library typically). If you win (or lose) with a morphed creature into play, you have to reveal it at the end of the game. The obvious reason for these rules is that you never can cheat a non-morph card into a morphed creature without being discovered.

Phasing isn't a zone, so you do not have to reveal a morph that is phasing.
