let's say, for the fun of it, that I'm playing Spring Tide.
My opponent has 39 cards in his Library and I'm at 18 spells for the turn, with an extra 6 mana in my pool. He suggests that I should have 5. I rewind and show him but he refuses to budge. This was on MWS just now. If this were a sanctioned match, what would happen?

in a sanctioned match ? you'd either call a judge or get your jaw broken with a steel dildo. how are you not a troll?
I'm assuming this is the trol that it happened to. Troll elsewhere. This can be a legit question.

I'd assume a judge would ask you to replay everything they way you did it. However, if your opponent has less than spell count x 3 left in his library, why would it matter?

You would call a judge, show them the obvious, and your opponent would probably get a warning for douchehattery.
