If I change the enchanted forest into island does Utopia Sprawl still trigger when the land is tapped for mana?

No, because Utopia Sprawl will be put into its owner's graveyard as a state-based action, because it's no longer enchanting a legal object (it can only enchant Forests, now it's enchanting an Island. Whoops!).

Hmmm, that's what I thought. And well, that's even better(for me;p). If I could only convince my friend I was right I would have won quite a bit more games against his enchantress.
