I don't know if I like sedge troll in there- Vampire Nighthawks may be a better bet. Also the lack of Dark Confidants kinda jumps out at me. I feel like if you're going to be a control deck, you're gonna need some CA engine.
Also, Void in the SB over the disk in my opinion.

Why the 2/2 split on smother and terminate, why not 4 terminate?

@Scrabble
Sedge Troll is not as bad as you think, his a 3cc 3/3 beater with regen. After a firespout sweep just regen him and you have a creature to finish them off. I've tried nighthawks and found him to be small and opponents had a faster time dealing with him especially zoo. If you have any other ideas to fill his spot that would be nice. Tarmo with be perfect but his green unless i go jund hahaha

Confidants are nice, i've thought of them aswell but decided to use the tombstalker route for now because tombs are much harder to deal with. Maybe going jund is the right move if you want to run confidants.

I just added the disk so i have some sort of enchanment removal, but im sure it will be cut.

@Oiolosse
The split between them is bec, terminate costs one R, there are times in where you can't find your second color thus having the split.

I see, I thought that since you were running two colors the mana wouldn't be too hard to squeeze. After inspection I do see that you run just one mountain and quite heavy black. Have you thouht about diabolic edict or the like? You have plenty of spot removal and sac effects are great against Iona, progenitus, etc.

Also, have you thought about blightning? It may be too slow for legacy, IDK, but it packs so much BAM in one card.

At least the Sedge Sliver is slightly better than the Sedge Troll because of its cummulative effect.

@Oiolosse
Diabolic Eddict effects are nice but thats what Gatekeeper of Malakir is for. As Blightning i've been testing it as a 1 offs and another one on the side its so so.

@Pneumatiker
Thanks for the heads up on the sedge sliver never knew that such a creature existed hehehe. But i think his going to be effective if you play it as 4 offs. Maybe i'll give it a try.

I've change the main deck and SB abit. Removed the wasteland and cut down the lands to 20. I know wasteland is really good but to accomodate the SB plan i have to make the mana much more consistent. The burn package for the SB is really nice and will surely caught your opponent off guard.

Reading the other BR thread maybe there idea might work in my SB plan. Hmm..... the rack and storm world hmm...
