No, for the same reason as shock.

Nobody gets priority until resolution, at which point Goyf is a 0/1 (2/3 -2/-2). At this point, SBE's are checked and Goyf is good to go.

Nope. Dying from having 0 toughness is a state-based action just like dying from having damage >= toughness. By the time state-based actions are checked, the Goyf will be a 2/3 suffering from a -2/-2 'debuff', i.e. a 0/1.
