New Reprint Policy

Hello fellow Legacy Lovers,
Here is the link for WoTC's new reprint policy, because this effects our format the most it seems pretty relevant to talk about. And there is some selfish sentiment here so we can have something to talk about on Legacy Hardware next week :wink: . That aside here it is, let your voices be heard!

There's already a thread in Format Discussion here (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?16916-Revised-Reprint-Policy&p=439109#post439109). But I agree that it would suit better on the Community Board though.
