UB Mill Deck (legacy)

Little back story. I used to play MTG back in the day. I stopped playing in 98, and just recently started playing again.
I already have an affinity deck (cheaply made) and I wanted to spend a little more to make a mill deck, and it sounded like a fun idea. My friend helped me a out a lot with the deck.

The deck is kinda slow, and it's still being worked on.
Any comments would be much appreciated.

Mill has been tried in legacy. Its too slow to be viable, and auto-loses to Ichorid. If you want to play Mill, play Solidarity. Its clock is one turn faster and runs Force. You could also run Spring Tide, which is basically Solidarity but its considered to be a turn faster and plays all its spells on its own turn, unlike Solidarity.
