MWS Testing

I figured this thread could be a place where people can find others to test against on MWS. As everyone knows the decks you play against on MWS are usually subpar. So I figured people can list their names or whatever in this thread along with what deck/s they are looking to test and what decks they want to play against.

So for me,

Testing: Rb Goblins

Test Against: Combo, Reanimator, and other DTB/Established Decks

Testing: B/W "The Gate"-style deck with Stoneforge Mystic.

I guess this should be called Mystic Gate, after a card that isn't even in the deck's colors.

Quinn and Parfait (I know Land Tax isnt Legacy legal but theres this one store thats allowing it for the sake of experimenting)

Test Against: Any Legacy Competitive deck

Any testing involves playing against the decks that are winning the tournaments and seeing the most play. With MWS, the obvious problem is the vast majority of decks on there are not the same decks you see at tournaments. When I think about it, I realize it's actually not surprising.

Most of the people on MWS are there because they are in the process of refining, developing, and testing non-tier 1 decks, new and developmental decks, and established decks with big changes. When you run into one of these decks you think "Whats this pile of crap? I wanna test against Di's Reanimator list!" You don't see a lot of people going on to test something established like say Merfolk, Zoo, Thresh, because unless someone is unfamiliar with those decks or making a big change, how much testing really needs to be done?

The best way to test on MWS is to find a partner and make a deal where one guy plays the deck they want to test and the other guy plays one of the established/tier 1 decks then you switch around. Otherwise you get B/W "The Gate" versus Land Tax Parfait....and I'm not sure if anyone really wants that.
