Hellcarver Demon + Lotus Bloom

If I exile a Lotus Bloom with a Hellcarver Demon (http://sales.starcitygames.com//carddisplay.php?product=173236) can I play it and use it immediately and crack it for mana without having to play it as a 'suspend' card?

If an effect lets you cast a card "without paying its mana cost", you can cast manacostless suspend cards such as Lotus Bloom or Ancestral Vision. You can't suspend those cards even if you wanted to, because the card needs to be in your hand to be suspended.

It's really good with Restore Balance. You play it so your opponent has to sacrifice all permanents except one creature and discard their hand, and then you can play out the rest of your exiled cards.
